• A DEPOSIT OF $250.00 per person is required at reservation to secure your hotel and air reservation (on group flights). The deposit is refundable in case of non-qualification less $50 service fee or other reasons.

• Payment by check, Amex, Visa, Mastercard or Discover (except for non-group airline tickets

• Air-seats, hotels, etc, will only be held once deposit is received

• Final payment is due no later than JUNE 15, 2011 for all services including group airline tickets. Whole package is NON-REFUNDABLE after final payment is made.

Group airline ticket prices are guaranteed (except taxes & fuel surcharges) and payable no later than June 15, 2011. Individual tickets are payable at booking, otherwise booking is subject to loss of seat and/or change of fare. Airline tickets are non-refundable or subject to penalties once issued

Land packages (hotels, etc) in France are based on the exchange rate Euro 1 for $1.37 US. Variation of more than 3% are subject to change of rates/prices.

Every person having purchased airline tickets on Air France AND hotel accommodations from Des Peres Travel will receive one of the famous PBP T-shirts (2011).
